The use of expert advisors are not allowed on standard accounts. This includes both normal and swing options.
EA Rules for Rapid Accounts
The use of expert advisors are not allowed on Rapid accounts. This includes both normal and swing options.
EA Rules for Royal Accounts
The use of expert advisors is allowed with all royal accounts, as long as they follow the other rules.
EA Rules for Knight Accounts
Same as royal, the use of expert advisors is allowed on Knight accounts, as long as they follow the rules.
Can I Use Indicators?
Yes, the use of indicators is allowed on all account types, providing the trader is executing the trades manually.
Is There Anything Else I Need to Know?
Any EA that uses the following methods is not allowed across any account:
- Prohibited Trading Strategies
- Copy Trading from Third Party Signals
- Account Management Services
- Arbitrage Trading (Latency or Reverse)
- Grid Trading
Third-Party Expert Advisors
Furthermore, if you plan on using a third-party EA, you must ensure that you have the setting unique enough to prevent the system from picking up copy trades patterns. If many traders use the same EA with the same settings, they will likely all lose their accounts under the copy trading rule.
